Vol. 29 is a truly special one- John Kiran Fernandes (The Olivia Tremor Control, Circulatory System, etc.) has created a 90 minute cassette from his collection of more than 1200 records. Aside from being a long time Elephant 6 musician, 

John worked at Wuxtry Records from 1999-2022.

#24 is something new - These are my favorite songs from Cambodian singer Ros Sereysothea. For more information I highly recommend the documentary Don't Think I've Forgotten about the lost rock & roll music from Cambodia. I also recommend the beautiful graphic novel biography The Golden Voice: The Ballad of Cambodian Rock's Lost Queen by Gregory Cahill. Sereysothea's music has previously been featured on Fly Tapes volumes Flora y Fauna and Death (those songs not included in this volume). I think the final song on the mix may be the most beautiful piece of music I've ever heard, it creates instant tears.
